Bio

2018-19: Wyse set the bar in USJ's inaugural season, holding 19 records, including 15 freshman records. He will be best known for winning the school's first-ever medal with a 3rd place finish in the 400 IM in the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championships. He also had a top-five result in the 100 IM. Wyse flat-out stole the show for USJ at the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championships, winning in the 200 Yard IM with a time of 2:05.40, half a second in front. He also finished second in the 400 IM, third in the 200 Freestyle, and fourth in the 100 Butterfly, good for four top-four finishes. He scored 27 points.

Before USJ: Wyse is a native of Broad Brook, Conn., a neighborhood of East Windsor. He swam for the Panthers of East Windsor High for two years, in addition to one year of cross country and baseball. Wyse was all-conference as a senior, and a two-time CIAC Class M State Championship qualifier. Wyse wasn't just about athletics though. He was a high honors student who was a member of several organizations, including the National Honors Society, the LEO Club, Chapel Choir and Model Congress. Wyse received the SAT Scholarship and was awarded the Best College Essay at East Windsor.
