NEWTON, Mass. - The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) women's lacrosse team came from behind, trailing by as many as three goals in the second half, to defeat the Lasell University Lasers, 13-12, in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) contest Wednesday afternoon at Grellier Field in Newton, Mass. With the victory, the Blue Jays improve to 5-2 overall on the season and earn their first GNAC win of the season to move to 1-2 in conference play. The Lasers dip to 2-4 overall and 2-2 in the league with the setback.
