Bio
2018: Scored her first career goal in a 4-0 win over Dean College on September 2. Appeared in 7 games.
Before USJ: Piechota attended the CREC Academy of Science and Innovation (known best as Innovation), a magnet school grades 6-12 for students interested in STEM (with environmental engineering, computer science, robotics, and biotechnology themes), in New Britain, CT. As a member of the school's first-ever varsity sports teams, Piechota was the first student-athlete to make All-State in any sport. She holds the school record for most goals in a season (21), and shares the school record for most career goals (58) with her former high school and USJ teammate, Kelsey Walicki. Piechota was part of the soccer and track teams at ASI, and even joined the ski and snowboard club as a senior. The two-year soccer captain won numerous other team and conference awards, including all-league in both track and soccer, as well as the New Britain Herald's All-Herald Athlete in 2016 and 2017. Piechota was a high honors student, an all-academic team recipient, and a member of the National Honor Society.
