Before USJ: Dickey played his high school ball at The McCallie School, an all-boys, christian-based, private boarding and day school in Chattanooga, Tenn. Dickey played four years of varsity basketball, in addition to a year on the soccer, tennis and track & field teams. Dickey and the Blue Tornado advanced to the state’s final four in 2016 and 2017, as well as the Division II-AA championship game in 2017. Dickey then attended IMG Academy for his one year of prep school, where the Ascenders ascended to the top ranked team in the country.
