SEASON BY SEASON
2020-21:  The second-year captain played better than 32 minutes a game, second most on the team. He averaged seven points and nearly eight rebounds per game, tied for the most on the team (Powell). He also dished out three assists per contest, second only to teammate Jaecee Martin. The Blue Jays finished 2-2 on the season.

2019-20: It's no surprise why head coach Jim Calhoun selected Sullivan as the team captain. Sullivan displayed his heart and dedication as one of two players to start all 29 games (O'Neill). He also scored in double figures three times. The Blue Jays got the better of their in-state rivals in year two, defeating Albertus Magnus, 88-84 to win their first GNAC Championship. Saint Joseph won 25 straight games (2nd longest in DIII), was as high as 14th in the national rankings, and played in its first-ever NCAA Tournament game, falling 78-74 to Hobart.

2018-19: Averaged two points a game in the first 15 games, and more than nine points a game in the last 13, including a career-high 23 points and 10 rebounds in a 104-93 win at Rivier on 1/26/19, good for his first career double-double. Shot better than 91% from the free-throw line (led team). Was one of just three Blue Jays to shoot at least 40% from the field (47%), and 40% from three (42%). In the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament, Sullivan scored nearly 11 points a game, shooting 12-for-16 from the field (75%). USJ made it all the way to the GNAC Championship in year one, before losing to in-state rival Albertus Magnus, 81-77. Sullivan was a member of the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team. 

Before USJ: Sullivan attended Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, Connecticut with teammate Brad Landry. The duo led the Wild Boar to the 2018 New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class A Championship. Sullivan was an all-state honorable mention twice, All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention, All Southern Connecticut Conference (SCC) twice and all county. The Branford, Conn. native was also a high honors student at Choate.
