2017-18: Had five caused turnovers and 19 ground balls in 13 games. Fazzino started 12 of 13 games.

2018-19: Finished 4th on the team in goals (6), and tied for third in ground balls (23). One of four players to score multiple goals in more than one game. The Blue Jays were 3-1 when Fazzino scored at least one goal.

Before USJ: Fazzino attended Newington High School in Newington, CT. She played lacrosse and field hockey for four years for the Indians.
