Hebb, Januszewski Earn GNAC Men's Swimming & Diving Weekly Awards
WINTHROP, Mass. – Sophomore Aiden Hebb (Waterbury, Conn.) and freshman Kyle Januszewski (North Haven, Conn.) of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) men's swimming and diving team were named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Swimmer of the Week and Rookie of the Week, respectively, it was announced by the conference front office on Monday afternoon in its eighth weekly report of the 2025-26 season. The honor marked the sixth time that Hebb has been honored by the GNAC and the second time in Januszewski's career.
Sophomore Aiden Hebb continued his strong sophomore campaign at the Jayden Szkirka Memorial Championships this past weekend, delivering a well-rounded performance with an 11th-place finish in the 500 free (5:01.55), 14th in the 100 breast (1:02.37), and 16th in the 200 free (1:50.99).
Freshman Kyle Januszewski delivered another exceptional weekend at the Jayden Szkirka Memorial Championships, shattering freshman program records in the 200 fly (2:16.96) and 100 fly (56.28 seconds) as he continues his impressive first-year campaign.

The Blue Jays take the rest of December off before heading to Florida for their annual training trip. USJ will head to Deerfield Beach, Fla., from January 2 through January 8.
