The award is part of the GNAC's 2025-26 administrative awards, which recognize administrators in the categories of Executive of the Year, Athletic Communications Staff of the Year, and Athletic Training Staff of the Year. The awards are presented annually to league administrators who, based on a vote of their peers, have excelled in their respective fields throughout the academic year.

The staff, which consists of Ingham, Dan Szewczak and Ben Donovan oversees the promotion and coverage of USJ's 16 varsity athletic programs through website content, social media, live streaming, statistics, graphic design, photography, and championship communications. Together, the trio works to elevate the visibility of Blue Jay student-athletes while highlighting athletic, academic, and community achievements across multiple platforms.
