WILLIMANTIC, Conn. – The University of Saint Joseph volleyball team concluded its 2013 season Saturday with a 3-0 non-conference loss to Eastern Conn. at Francis E. Geissler Gymnasium.

Scores by set were 25-14, 25-11 and 25-12. USJ finished 9-19 overall and won one more match than in 2012. Eastern heads into the Little East Conference tournament at 14-15 overall.

Ciara Perez (Manchester, Conn.) led St. Joseph with eight kills and eight digs. Roselande Muscade (Waltham, Mass.) had a team-high 10 digs for the Blue Jays and Emily Vigue (Lebanon, Conn.) chipped in with three kills and six digs.
