At Saint Joseph: Played in 26 matches and started 14 in 2011. Came on strong in the second half after earning a starting position at mid-season and was named team's Most Improved Player . . . Finished fourth on the team in kills with 121 and fifth in digs with 111 . . . Had 13 kills in four-set win over Albertus, Oct. 18 and had 12 kills and five aces in a sweep of Bard, Oct. 25.

In High School: Played volleyball for four years . . . All-Conference as a senior . . . Also on the track team for two years and was a cheerleader for two.

Personal: Born July 19, 1992 in Hartford . . . Mother is Lily Figueroa . .. Has a brother, Orlando and three sisters, Abby, Ashley and Amber . . . Attended Manchester Community College in 2010-'11.
