Lindsey Cifaldi is in her fourth season as assistant coach for women's soccer in 2019.

Cifaldi played four years of women's soccer for the Blue Jays before starting her coaching career (2012-2015). She started all 76 career games as a defender, scoring 12 goals. Cifaldi steadily improved during her tenure, earning All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) First Team honors as a senior, in addition to being voted the GNAC Defensive Player of the Year. The Blue Jays lost in the GNAC semifinals on penalty kicks her senior year, the first year under current head coach, Kelly Shimmin. USJ was 46-22-8 in her four-year playing career, and is 32-31-5 as an assistant coach.

Cifaldi is a native of Wolcott, Conn.
