At USJ: Barcomb served as a scoring spark off the bench early in the 2018-2019 basketball season, before taking on a starting role. She finished the year first in field goal percentage (37%), and second in three-point field goal percentage (29%). Her three-point shooting seemed to come in big moments, bunches, or at just the right time, coining the term “Barcomb Bomb”.

2018-19: Barcomb was the primary goalkeeper all season for USJ. In her first year on the field, she had 129 saves and 190 goals allowed in 14 games. She recorded her first career shutout in an 11-0 win at Anna Maria on April 20. She also had 7 saves.

Before USJ: Barcomb was a four-year basketball and lacrosse player at Middletown High School, where she made the All-Academic Team, and the All-Central Connecticut Conference (CCC) Team twice. She also played volleyball for two years and was an honors student. On the basketball court, Barcomb helped lead the Blue Dragons to an 18-2 record her junior year, including a bid in the CIAC Class LL State Tournament, before losing in the quarterfinals to Mercy.
